From Leaves to a Healthy Tea

Maybe some of you are wondering about the best way to make a tea with Moringa Oleiferia leaves.
And first let me warn you that by heating your leaves above 112 degrees you will remove most of the nutrients you are after. So all you have to remember is to not let your water start to boil your leaves.
There is a good chance you will boil away all of  leafs properties.
Below are different ways to make Moringa tea.

1. You can put a 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Moringa Oleiferia powder in a 6 to 8 ounce cup of water 
     and stir until it dissolves. Warm or cold you will receive optimum benefits.


2. Use the leaves from a Moringa tree Dried or fresh.  Load a tea strainer and dunk the strainer in warm tea pot of water until the water changes color or to your desired taste.Dunking will help bring out all of the Nutrients in the leaves. If you Dry your leaves for best results dry your leaves in a dark place. Drying them in the sun will take out most of the nutrients.

Do add a slice of lemon if you care to.
Don't add milk.
