Banana Moringa Pancakes Ingredients:
1 cup of oat flour
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of flaxseed flour
2 teaspoons of More Moringa Powder
1/2 teaspoon of Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of Baking soda
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 Egg whites - 1/2 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas
Directions: Mix all dry ingredients, then add all wet ingredients and cook in a skillet with coconut oiluntil both sides are browned. Cook these at low temperature we want to retain all the nutritionalcontent of the moringa powder. Cut the pancakes with heart molds and enjoy with someone you love!

ReplyDelete1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 medium yellow onion, chopped or sliced
1 cup peeled potatoes, cut in 1-inch chunks
1 cup halved baby carrots
1 (9 ounce) package frozen baby lima beans
1 cup canned coconut milk
tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Moringa leaves or powder
red pepper
water
Saute all in gredients and simmer. Bon Appetit
